Polices and Releases

I understand that hunting, hiking, boating, wildlife observation, and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: 

• Firearm or archery accidents 

• Falls, slips, and uneven terrain 

•  Wildlife encounters 

• Exposure to weather extremes 

• Remote locations with delayed medical care 

• Vehicle and ATV transportation risks 

• Water hazards and drowning 

• Illness, injury, disability, or death

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Jake Mowry Guide Service, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from liability arising from participation in guided activities, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
