Refund Policy

Deposits: 

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve trip dates. 

 

Client Cancellations: 

• More than 60 days before trip: Deposit retained; remaining payments refunded. 

• 30– 60 days before trip: 50% refund of total trip cost. 

• Less than 30 days before trip: No refund. 

 

Guide Cancellations: If your Guide cancels due to emergency, illness, or circumstances preventing operation, the client may choose: 

1. Full refund, or 

2. Rescheduling to a mutually agreeable date.

 

No-Shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
