This Agreement is entered into between Mountain Whitetail Adventures, LLC (Jake Mowry, Registered Maine Guide) and the above-named Client. 

Services Included: 

• Professional guiding services during scheduled trip dates

• Trip planning assistance

• Local area expertise and instruction 

Services Not Included Unless Otherwise Specified: 

• Hunting licenses and permits

• Firearms, ammunition, or archery equipment

• Lodging, Meals, and Transportation 

Client Responsibilities:

• Possess all required licenses and permits

• Follow all state and federal laws

• Follow guide instructions at all times

• Arrive on time and prepared 

The Guide reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a client behaves in an unsafe, illegal, or disruptive manner.
